Refunds

Items must be unused, in original packaging, not broken and with proof of purchase.

Certain items such as personal care, perishable goods, and customized products are non-returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable unless defective.
Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If you received an item as a gift and it was marked as a gift at purchase, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
