Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 02 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, not broken, and with proof of purchase.
- Certain items such as personal care, perishable goods, and customized products are non-returnable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable unless defective.
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at shopivopi@gmail.com, and we will provide instructions.
Gifts
- If you received an item as a gift and it was marked as a gift at purchase, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
- To return a product, email us at shopivopi@gmail.com for the return shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- If you are returning an item over 5000 PKR, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
